Staatsolie considers eligible proposals from registered nonprofit organizations and recognized community platforms whose projects address clear needs, benefit defined groups and align with our Corporate Social Responsibility priorities.

  • Applications from individuals will not be considered.

  • Donations are transferred only to an organization’s official bank account.

  • A financial contribution from the applicant organization is required.

FAQ

Registered nonprofit organizations and recognized community platforms may submit a request. The organization must be registered with the Suriname Chamber of Commerce and Industry and meet the applicable CSR criteria. Support for individuals is considered only in exceptional cases.

Staatsolie prioritizes projects in education, healthcare, capacity building, support for socially vulnerable groups, and sport and recreation—particularly youth initiatives in underserved communities. Projects in other areas may be considered when they address a relevant need or support Staatsolie’s strategic objectives.

Include a written project proposal, a detailed budget, organizational bank details and clear information about the target group, objectives, activities and expected results. Staatsolie may request proof of registration, information about your organization’s experience or other supporting documents.
